As Obama looks increasingly inevitable, many have wondered if Hillary would try to go out classy.
I think we've answered that question.
Their protestations notwithstanding, this is a pretty transparent ploy to make the Obama-Muslim connection in the minds of Texas and Ohio voters.
I don't think Obama has much to worry about on that score, but he still might want to be careful.
This guy is a lightweight, without any significant qualification to serve as senator, let alone as president, who has gotten here due to kid-gloves treatment by the media and the electorate. He has a questionable past, and a wife who is not, until last week, proud of her country.
The turban fits him. He should wear it proudly. Is he ashamed of his African background? Where is his dashiki? He should wear that as well.
the only qualification one needs for public office is to be a US citizen of a certain age. everything else is up to the voters to decide.
Of course we all lose our tempers now and then. Dean freely admits to being imperfect in this regard, which is why regulars to this establishment will generally be cut more slack than people who we don't know very well.
Still: behave like an adult, or go find somewhere else to play. Thanks.
