Well, the local cops sure entrapped his dick, didn't they?
On the other hand, the local court ought to convict the female cop for encitement to commit an indecent act.
And nobody can deny she excited him and then she encited him.
Or was it the other way around?
Message to all of you. Next time some strange woman comes on to you in a public place and invites you to show her equipment, ask her if she will allow you to examine the contents of her handbag. Where you might just find her badge and a snubnose revolver.

Good advice, Arnold, but it doesn't go far enough. Even if you don't find a badge and a snubnose revolver, you could very easily find yourself with an unstable woman, an attempted rape charge, and the sort of he said/she said case where the he seldom ever wins.
I understand the fantasy of a hot stranger wanting you; but this guy was multiple kinds of stupid. That doesn't excuse the entrapment, but he was still stupid. Until you know someone fairly well, getting naked with them is just asking for trouble.
It doesn't qualify. In fact, it doesn't really even come close. But the fact that Columbus allows topless sunbathing in public parks does inch it a bit above the soulless hellhole I always figured it was.
Apparently they are saying now that the woman wasn't undercover. If fact she had nothing to do with the sting, and was caught as unwittingly as he was.
Geoff, can you explain to us non-lawyers why this "doesn't really even come close"? I mean as originally reported, where the woman was an active participant in the sting; not as Sandi has updated us after your comment. By a common-sense definition, it sounds like entrapment to me, so I'd like to understand the legal differences. (And again: entrapment or not, the guy was stupid.)
Let's be honest guys: the girls may not understand, but there is very little a guy won't do for an attractive half-naked woman. That's half the reason we make them wear clothes in public.

Commenting on Dean's World is a privilege, not a right. Dean is your host, you are his guest, and you should behave in that fashion. Dean is not your babysitter, nor is he your punching bag. Please remember this. In general, you are free to disagree with anyone on any subject you wish, but abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
Of course we all lose our tempers now and then. Dean freely admits to being imperfect in this regard, which is why regulars to this establishment will generally be cut more slack than people who we don't know very well.
Still: behave like an adult, or go find somewhere else to play. Thanks.

If she refuses, smile at her and say:
"Officer, you ought to be ashamed of yourself."
