Posting may be light...

Oh, who am I kidding. Posting is always light. But anyway. I've now got a Wii. No, I don't have an ID yet (I am still at work), but as soon as I get home to set it up...
So, what games are people playing? For the Wii, yes, but if you've got another system, or play PC games, give a shout...

I love him anyway.
oh, and a little gem called Rayman Raving Rabbids. Very demented and lots of fun. Good party game.
I'm looking forward to Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. That looks sweet. Oh, and Super Mario Galaxy.
But I'm currently engaged to my 360. I'm playing Gears of War and grabbed Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition and Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, the latter two XBox games I grabbed from the $9.99 bin.
And I sooooo need to get back to Final Fantasy XII for the PS2.
God help me when I get a PS3.
Wario Ware's a game that gives you a few seconds to react and respond correctly to random minigames, and it's crazy in multiplayer. Trauma Center makes you a virtual surgeon, which is interesting and pretty fun.
I too am waiting for Metroid Prime 3. The first Metroid Prime is what made me buy a Gamecube, and I wasn't disappointed. That game is incredible. (it is also playable on Wii along with the rest of the GC library if you pick up a GC controller and memory card, lots of games on the cheap for your Wii that way)
You may also want to look at Resident Evil 4 for the Wii. It's a port, yes, but they've ported it over in such a way that makes good use of the Wii interface functionality. It's not perfect (you control where your gun points with the Wiimote but it's another button to move where you're looking - it should have taken a page from FPS' instead, where your gun is pointing is where you're looking) but it's still pretty good.
There's also, I believe, exclusive content. Well, cotent that wasn't available in the GC version. I think. Now I can't remember. Meh, look it up yourself.
And if you're going to play GameCube games on the Wii I suggest grabbing a Wavebird controller rather than the wired GC controller. For, you know, obvious reasons.
Of course we all lose our tempers now and then. Dean freely admits to being imperfect in this regard, which is why regulars to this establishment will generally be cut more slack than people who we don't know very well.
Still: behave like an adult, or go find somewhere else to play. Thanks.
