Building a new Palestinian tomorrow
Ron Coleman
He's baaack!
Complete with Islamic songs and calls for cities in Israel to return to Palestine, Friday's episode apparently sought to prepare children for their end-of-year examinations — with Farfur being told that cheating is forbidden. In other words, the apes and pigs "ate" your homework!Asked why by an Al-Aqsa television reporter, he looked left and right to see what his friends were writing and answered: "Because the Jews destroyed my home and I left my books and notes under the rubble."
"I'm calling on all children to read more and more to prepare for exams because the Jews don't want us to learn," Farfur then said after being told he had failed the test.

You must admit, however, that the program is entirely consistent with pan-Arabist thinking as to how to identify and solve all problems.
Like these quotes from the Resistance Micky show?
Hazim (Adult): Islam will spread to all parts of the earth from one end to the other and justice and good and kindness will spread. Did history witness a time period better than that when Islam ruled?...
Saraa: You beloved kids will be the ones who shall restore the glory and the culture of the [Islamic] Nation.
Girl call in: chants song:
“Oh Jerusalem we are coming,
Oh Jerusalem it is the time of death.
Oh Jerusalem we will never surrender to the enemy
And we will never be humiliated.
It is beloved Palestine that taught us what to be.”
I don't know what this says about Palestinian democracy, but it sure says a lot about Palestinian parenting.
But the world has moved on. At least since an economist discovered comparative advantage (and thus the relative benefits of trade as opposed to plunder), we have known that peace brings more prosperity to war. Fuad Siniora, the Prime Minister of the Lebanese, has learned this:
Hamas leaders might not have learned the lesson yet, but many Palestinians have and more will.
"Bush ate my master's thesis!"
"I didn't finish my thesis because I didn't want my graduation with him," said Menzie, 35, a philosophy major.
Yeah, I'm sure the bong had nothing to with it.
You are an idiot if you think the message of psalms is equivalent, even in jest, to hamas national media.
And you are an idiot if you think that there is a Jewish historical precedent for the collective arab obsession with it's enemy, the Jews. And we really have had enemies, always.
If you think that "similar" means "equivalent," then I think you are deaf to the meanings of English words.
If you cannot see that Arabs who lost their homes in '48 or '67 have legitimate grievances against the state of Israel, then I think you are blind to history.
If you cannot see that legitimate grievances, unchecked, can turned into soul-corrupting anger, for Jews as well as Arabs, then I think you are blind to the human condition.
Peace,
Daniel
You will find no people more ready to concede that ills brought upon it are it's own moral doing than the Jewish people. This is perhaps one of the most salient messages of the Bible.
But, actually, what shocks me when I see videos of what goes for a sermon in a radical mousqe
or what goes for analysis in radical media is far more the frothing stupidity of the content than its fanaticism.
Those 'legitimate' grievances are THE defining element of that arab identity.
Therein lies the distinction between your quotation and what goes for culture in gaza and the west bank.
Conversely, if you think the Palestinians are incapable of self-criticism, apparently you haven't had many conversations with Palestinians.
I assume that in five generations your progeny will
have to look in a family tree to know that they had an ancestor who was part of a people who were cynically ripped out of the arab world and nurtured
into a distinct national entity called palastinians whose only claim to fame was that they engaged the attention of the Jewish people. And they will be better off for it.
Don't move the goal posts.
In fact the role of the goim in Jewish fortunes is completely marginalized. You will find as many references to villains being the "hand" or the "lion" of G-d exacting "payment" from his people as you will find references to them in and of themselves. And that is ignoring the oral tradition
that views them even more minimally.

Of course we all lose our tempers now and then. Dean freely admits to being imperfect in this regard, which is why regulars to this establishment will generally be cut more slack than people who we don't know very well.
Still: behave like an adult, or go find somewhere else to play. Thanks.
