Well, all kidding aside, Jack, it sounds like the parts they have already explored go deeper than any other known sink hole; and sonar tells them they've not come close to the bottom yet.

I know. I just think it's funny the way people express themselves in articles.

I write non-fiction articles so I know how it goes, lots of times you have to change leaders and headlines because the truth wouldn't grab attention.

And I do it a lot for satire. Because: World To End in Twenty Years Due to Man Made Global Warming beats out Recent Possible Rise in Temperatures May Indicate Long Term Warming Trend, or because Mirror Gazing - Modern Kids Engage in Disturbing and Potentially Lethal New Masturbatory Game of Self-Pleasure sounds a lot more interesting to read about than Study shows Modern College Kids Highly Narcissistic and Self Centered. Study shows Modern College Kids Highly Narcissistic and Self Centered is self evident and hardly worth your time. You read that headline and you can pretty much skip the article. So I understand the impulse.

Still it makes me laugh the way people sell their wares.

But bidnez is bidnez after all.

I guess that depends on whose pile it is.

Commenting on Dean's World is a privilege, not a right. Dean is your host, you are his guest, and you should behave in that fashion. Dean is not your babysitter, nor is he your punching bag. Please remember this. In general, you are free to disagree with anyone on any subject you wish, but abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

Of course we all lose our tempers now and then. Dean freely admits to being imperfect in this regard, which is why regulars to this establishment will generally be cut more slack than people who we don't know very well.

Still: behave like an adult, or go find somewhere else to play. Thanks.
