I hate to point this out, but the gist of what she is saying is true: sex addicts tend to be omni-sexual - meaning that the gender of the sex partner really doesn't matter. Of course, when she says it it's like a grenade going off in a hospital nursery. That's her angle - why she's in the spotlight and successful.
